Nikki Beach Resort
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa, Dominican Republic, involves the completion and sale of 186 Nikki-style luxury condominiums and the Nikki Beach branded world-famous restaurant, bar and nightclub. The building for this phase I is 45% complete and is expected to be completed in 2009. Phase II includes the completion of the five-star 150-key Nikki Beach Hotel, 150 luxury Nikki Casitas, and Nikki Village.
Miller & Jacobs Capital, an investment management firm, is forming Acadia Caribbean Partners I, Ltd. to manage and oversee the capital investment in the Nikki Beach DR. They are seeking $13.5M in investment capital to complete the financing structure. The 48-month project plan and forecasts estimate a 49% IRR with the return of the initial investment capital and a 12% preferred return after the second year.
